With over 30 years of expertise and more than 100 patents, Atexco has become a pioneer in digital textile printing. Their machines combine eco-conscious engineering with vivid color reproduction and efficient workflows—delivering quality prints while reducing waste and energy use.
Engineered for performance and responsibility in every print.
Introducing the Atexco Model X Plus 4U, a game-changer in the world of industrial printing.
The Model X Plus stands as an industrial sublimation printer featuring 8 Kyocera Katana 600 DPI printheads. These printheads can be configured either as dual CMYK or eight colors, encompassing CMYK plus Magenta Fluor, Yellow Fluor, Orange, and Blue. This configuration results in a more extensive range of colors for the final product.
The printer boasts a remarkably proficient speed of up to 250 linear meters per hour (equivalent to 300 2-passes across a 1.5-meter width). It is available in three sizes, contingent on the desired printing width: 1800mm.
Designed to facilitate a transition to industrial digital printing machinery, this machine is a prime choice, embodying all the necessary attributes.

The Vega X1 stands as an exceedingly adaptable digital printing apparatus, capable of executing printing in reactive, sublimation, acid, or dispersed modes. It comes furnished with 16 Kyocera heads, each boasting 600 DPI. The color configuration is flexible, allowing for options of 4, 6, or 8 colors.
The printing speed varies in correspondence with the chosen resolution. Opting for the utmost resolution leads to a rate of 120 linear meters per hour, while a focus on rapid production can elevate this speed to 310 linear meters per hour. The maximum printing width achievable is 1800mm.
The Model H stands as an industrial sublimation printing solution featuring a set of 16 Kyocera printheads, each operating at 600 DPI. Among these, four support eight colors in the CMYK configuration. With a maximum printing width of 1800 mm, it accommodates diverse printing needs.
This printer excels in speed, achieving remarkable rates of up to 420 linear meters per hour (equivalent to 300 2-passes across a 1.5-meter width). Its connectivity is enhanced by optical fiber capabilities, boasting speeds of up to 1000mb/s, ensuring a stable and swift connection between the RIP and the printer.
Capable of accommodating paper reels of up to 1200kg with a diameter of 1100mm, this printer is perfectly suited for extensive meter-based production requirements.
Vega Di effectively operates in tandem with pigmented inks due to its integrated recirculation system and ink cooling mechanism. This combination significantly prolongs the lifespan of the printheads.
Furthermore, it demonstrates seamless compatibility with reactive, acid, or disperse inks, functioning optimally regardless of the chosen ink type. This adaptability extends to the color configuration, accommodating options of either 4 or 8 colors.
When aiming for peak quality, the printing velocity reaches 320 linear meters on the Vega 8180 DI (achieved through 600 2-passes with 32 heads). Alternatively, on the Vega 8320 DI, the speed reaches 230 linear meters using the same 600 2-pass technique with 32 heads.
The oven options encompass gas, electric, steam, or hot oil, presenting a range of possibilities for the heating process.
Vega Vision is highly accurate positioning printer designed for Lace, Embroidery, Jacquard, and Double-sided printing applications. Achieves deviations of 0.2mm or less. Incorporates artificial vision positioning technology.
Ensures precision Enhances color saturation Amplifies color intensity Eliminates pattern restrictions
The Vega One, developed by Atexco, represents a single-pass machine with adaptable configurations, accommodating anywhere from 135 to 305 Kyocera 600DPI printheads. The printing width is tailored to the customer's specifications.
Color options encompass 4, 6, or 8 variations, complemented by a printing velocity of 60 linear meters per minute (extending to 80 meters for uncomplicated designs).
The oven selections consist of gas, steam, or hot oil heating methods. Each ink tank has a capacity of 200kg per color, ensuring sustained operation.
Power usage for the printer is distributed as follows: 30 Kw overall, with 25 Kw allocated to the mat system and 42 Kw dedicated to the drying system.
